Responsibilities
- Assists with successful execution of catering events.
- Assists with store operations to make sure slingers have what they need to execute hospitals all catering events.
- Help maintain our existing relationships with hospitals repeat guests
- Communicate constantly w/ Direction of Catering to discuss better ways to execute or areas of opportunity.
- Oversee food preparation, transportation communication with stores slingers
- Adhere to sanitation safety standards and be able to coach team members on standards of Capital Tacos.
- Help assist with making prep need lists for all recurring events.
- Must be able to lift 50 or more pounds

- Proven experience as a Manager

This person will also do random pop ins to assure we are doing our very best.
Must be 18 or older, reliable transportation, license, and vaccinated for our events in hospitals. Willing to drive as far as St. Pete to Orlando. Night and weekend work is required with a normal 50 or more hours a week.
Pay – $16-18 an hour
