Telecom Civil Workers

Capital Tower & Communications, Inc. based in Waverly Nebraska has been providing cellular site services since 1992. We pride ourselves in safety, integrity & precision, and are currently seeking dedicated and skilled Telecom Civil Foreman & Workers to join our team. Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the team to complete tasks to the highest level of satisfaction, following directions from the crew leader.
• Continuously learn and develop the necessary knowledge to complete every job assigned.
• Adhere to all OSHA and company safety guidelines and procedures.
• Operate power tools, hand tools, and materials correctly and safely.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Tower Tech or Civil worker.
• Ability to travel up to 6 weeks at a time nationwide, followed by 7-10 days off.
• Must be able to work at height for extended periods of time and in all weather conditions (Tower Tech).
• Experience operating skid steer, mini x, or a trencher, and some experience with concrete (Civil).
• Willingness to work overtime, including evenings and weekends when required.
• Ability to pass pre-employment tests, including drug test, physical examination, and certification training.
• Ability to obtain certifications such as CPR/First Aid AED, OSHA 10, RF Radiation Safety & Awareness, and Authorized Climber/Rescue.

Compensation

Starting Pay: $65,000 a year, determined by experience. With annual performance bonuses.
