Marketing Specialist
Summary:
As Marketing Specialist, you will work to promote Capital Tractor by increasing brand and deal visibility through all available avenues. You will collaborate with all departments to create compelling campaigns and programs that grow Capital Tractor’s customer base and increase sales through content creation and distribution.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Create and manage all outbound marketing including digital and traditional media forms.
- Create and manage all inbound marketing including SEO, social media campaigns, and content creation.
- Manage our website development and maintenance.
- Manage media-generated leads, forwarding them to appropriate staff members i.e., Facebook inquiries.
- Develop and facilitate our tradeshow and event presence.
- Maximize Capital Tractor’s online presence through reputation management, social media, etc.
- Create and lead Capital Tractor brand marketing initiatives to convert customers into advocates.
Required Experience/Skills/Abilities:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in the marketing field.
- Fluent in Microsoft Office suite.
- Creativity for production of relatable content.
- Photo and video skills for content creation.
- Expertise in all available marketing platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Exemplifies professionalism in appearance and conduct.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
