Capitol Bridge, LLC. is seeking an On-Site Full-Time Supervisor(s) to join our team in Columbia, South Carolina. We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to supervise and motivate our team to meet and exceed our client’s expectations. The Supervisor will serve as first point of contact for our staff and will facilitate positive and constructive feedback to ensure their team(s) have the tools they need to succeed in their role.

Hours of Operations- Live Production Schedule – Supervisors will be provided a live production schedule after training
- Monday-Friday Operation
- Must be flexible with schedules, work weekends and holidays as needed

- Base Rate: $45,000

- Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership to a team of customer/document support specialists, fostering a positive work environment that promotes collaboration, innovation, and excellence
- Performance Management: Set clear performance expectations for team members and monitor their performance regularly. Provide guidance, feedback, and coaching to support professional development and ensure high-quality service delivery
- Program Coordination: Coordinate the implementation of various health and human services programs, ensuring adherence to regulations, policies, and procedures
- Resource Management: Manage human, financial, and material resources efficiently to optimize departmental operations and achieve organizational goals within budgetary constraints
- Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance processes to monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of departmental programs and services. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including other government agencies, community organizations, and service providers, to support collaborative efforts in addressing the needs of South Carolina residents
- Policy Development: Stay abreast of changes in state and federal laws, regulations, and policies related to health and human services. Provide input into the development of departmental policies and procedures to ensure compliance and alignment with best practices
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data related to program outcomes, performance indicators, and client demographics to inform decision-making and improve service delivery. Prepare reports and presentations for management, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies as required
- Training and Development: Identify training needs for team members and coordinate or provide training opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge in areas relevant to their roles
- Emergency Response: Participate in departmental emergency response efforts as needed, including providing support during natural disasters, public health emergencies, or other crises
- High school diploma or equivalent, but more leadership, especially in call center is preferred but not required
- At least 1 year supervisor or leadership experience required
- Minimum 2 years of customer service, leadership and team interaction skills are required
- Experience with coaching, training, and motivating employees is required
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Uses good judgment, ability to make independent decisions and proactively problem solve as required
- Must be organized and have strong time management skills
- Must be Flexible with Schedule and may be required to work off-shift, and occasional travel to customer and other client sites
- Experience with, or knowledge of, South Carolina Medicaid, Veteran and or Health insurance industry preferred
- Must have PC skills (Microsoft Office) with an emphasis on Excel and Outlook Email
- Basic math skills required
- Maintain schedule flexibility due to business needs; anticipate assigned shift changes at any time
- Ability to interact with all levels of management
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Bilingual is preferred, not required
