Founded in 2012, Capitol Bridge is based in Arlington, Virginia and is a SBA 8(a) Certified Small Disadvantaged Business with proven expertise providing independent medical reviews, records/data management services, medical coding, administrative staffing and eligibility reviews.
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Recruiter to join our team. This role offers the opportunity for growth within our organization. The Recruiter will oversee and participate in the sourcing, interviewing and hiring of employees in a variety of roles and locations. You will engage with candidates through various channels such as phone, email, text, and live meetings to evaluate and place them in full-time/part-time positions as needed. Additionally, you will provide outstanding customer service, consistent communication and guidance to those recruiters we support in our call centers.
Responsibilities:
- Full lifecyle recruiting for both exempt and non-exempt employees
- Update and design recruiting procedures to ensure effectiveness and efficiency
- Track recruiting metrics to measure performance and make data-driven decisions
- Implement new sourcing methods to attract a diverse pool of candidates
- Research and select appropriate job advertising options
- Collaborate with department Project Managers to forecast future hiring needs
- Collaborate with our high - volume recruiting team, supplementing their efforts when required
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a recruiter
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and/or HRIS databases
- At least 3 years of experience sourcing candidates for professional level positions
- At least 1 year of experience sourcing candidates in a high-volume environment
- At least 3 years of experience conducting phone and in-person interviews, screening candidates, and evaluating their suitability
- At least 1 year of working with social media platforms and other professional networks for sourcing talent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Requirements:
- Strong team management abilities
- Strong decision-making skills
- Experience with Paycom ATS
- Experience with Freshteam ATS
