The IS Support Technician works under under the direction of the IS Infrastructure Manager and is primarily responsible for day-to-day support of end user technologies to ensure operations run smoothly. The IS Support Technician will be responsible for three areas of technology:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-
Configure, install, and maintain workstations, tablets, Chromebooks, mobile devices
-
Provide administration for user accounts (computer, email, ERP, etc.)
-
Provide technical support for everyday end-user computing systems, including but not limited to, installing/troubleshooting computers, printers, software applications
-
Install, upgrade, and maintain all end user software and applications, including but not limited to, productivity suites, camera video management, and access control software
-
Install, troubleshoot, and maintain truck fleet technologies such as telematics, mobile device holders/chargers, and event recorder cameras.

Manage purchasing, receiving, and inventory for all technology needs
-
Serve as a liaison between end users and software vendors in resolving technical issues
-
Manage and participate in after hour on-call rotation
-
May require limited travel to other distribution centers
-
Performs other related duties as required and assigned
Requirements:
-
Minimum of three (3) years of directly relevant experience or any appropriate combination of education and experience
-
In depth experience configuring, troubleshooting and repairing computer hardware ( workstations, laptops, Chromebooks, printers, etc)
-
Experience with CCP unique hardware, Vocollect and RF devices (preferred)
-
In depth experience with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Server operating systems
-
In depth experience with GWorkspace
-
Experience with general networking technologies, such as but not limited to, wireless networking, Active Directory, DHCP, Group Policy, and NTFS file/folder permissions (preferred)
