Operations Specialist

Responsibilities: Provide support to the Finance Shared Services Center with credit notes, invoice follow-ups, and serving as the liaison.  Act as the primary point person for payables approval, with a proactive approach to ensuring timely processing.  Manage purchasing tasks, including order placement and material receipt within SAP, demonstrating adaptability and a hands-on approach.  Address SAP-related challenges and serve as the first line of troubleshooting, fostering a culture of problem-solving and collaboration.  Coordinate sampling processes by collaborating closely with the warehouse and the customer service team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.  Offer hands-on office support by managing files, handling administrative tasks, and embodying a proactive, positive mindset.  Qualifications: igh School Diploma, GED, or equivalent degree.  5 years of experience in administrative and financial support roles  2 years of experience in SAP or similar software tools.  Strong organizational and attention to detail skills with a proactive approach to tasks.  Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, fostering a positive and supportive team environment.  Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to take on various responsibilities.  The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
