Position Overview:
As the schools Guest Services, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the salon by managing appointments, greeting guests, handling inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. Your friendly demeanor, organizational skills, and attention to detail will contribute to creating a welcoming and efficient atmosphere within the salon.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:
- Welcome clients and visitors with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Address client inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email, providing accurate information about salon services, pricing, and appointment availability.
- Assist clients with scheduling appointments, cancellations, and rescheduling requests, ensuring optimal appointment booking and utilization of salon resources.
- Handle client feedback, comments, and complaints professionally and escalate issues to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects the salon's standards of cleanliness and professionalism.

- Appointment Management:
- Coordinate appointment scheduling using salon management software or scheduling systems.
- Manage the salon's appointment calendar, making adjustments as needed to accommodate client requests and stylist availability.

- Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining client records.
- Manage cash transactions, process payments, and handle retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Keep inventory of salon products and supplies, replenishing stock as needed and informing management of any shortages.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the salon, including restocking amenities in the restroom and common areas.
