What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Lead Production Assocaite position at Capstone Logistics, LLC?
The Senior Lead Production Associate acts as a liaison between the Site Manager and the leads who manage the assembly lines. This position is in a fast-paced, order fulfillment atmosphere. Senior Lead Production Associates will be expected to stand/walk on assembly lines for 8 - 12 hours. In this environment, the Senior Lead Production Associate will be responsible for the performance of all assembly lines on the shift. This will be done by training and coaching Production Associates and Lead Production Associates, tracking line efficiency on the line paperwork, and escalating issues to the Site Manager. The Senior Lead Production Associate is also responsible for ensuring the team is operating in a safe and clean environment.
