Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Inventory Lead. The Warehouse Inventory Lead will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory management within our warehouse facility. This position requires a proactive individual who can efficiently manage inventory levels, ensure accuracy in stock records, and coordinate with various departments to optimize inventory processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management:
• Supervise and manage all aspects of inventory control, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products.
• Implement inventory control procedures to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
• Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with procurement and purchasing teams to ensure optimal stock levels based on demand forecasts.
• Team Leadership:
• Provide leadership and guidance to warehouse staff to ensure efficient and accurate inventory management.
• Train new employees on inventory procedures and protocols.
• Schedule and assign tasks to warehouse personnel to meet inventory objectives.
• Process Improvement:
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy in inventory management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement best practices for inventory control.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Generate regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and discrepancies.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends, potential issues, and areas for improvement.
• Provide insights and recommendations to management based on inventory analysis.
• Compliance and Safety:
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety standards at all times.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 per hour
