Automotive Assistance Service Manager

Our Automotive Service Center is looking for a talented “Automotive Assistant Service Center Manager” to join our team. Locally owned and operated, we have 13 of the finest and most efficient repair shops in the Indianapolis market and require excellence from our devoted staff. Our Assistant Service Manager must have the dedication necessary to provide our customers with optimum service. We service a variety of passenger and small truck vehicles.

In your role as “Automotive Assistant Service Manager” you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience by:

• Representing the brand and being the contact point between the technician and the customer
• Being the manager with training, and supervision of the technicians in the store.
• Evaluating customer needs.
• Learn to create/sustain an organizational system for processing paperwork.
• Be able to effectively communicate with the customer the results of inspections and needed repairs when required.
• Advising our customers on their automotive needs based on manufacturer recommendations.
• Contributing to a positive team atmosphere.
• Maintaining a clean and safe workplace.
• Adhering to all company policy, procedure, safety and environmental rules.

Qualifications:

• 3 Years Automotive Repair Service Experience.
• A High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Willingness/Desire to learn Automotive Theory of Operations
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Pre-employment drug test/background check will help assure we build teams of people who can best work with others and serve customer needs

Pay: $22.91 - $26.22 per hour
