Carat is looking for a Director, Client Services to support one of our largest clients, a well-known tech company. Reporting to the EVP, Global Client Services, We are looking for someone to join one of the most exciting accounts in the industry, a globally known tech company.
This individual will work across all lines of business, with a focus on Gaming (Xbox) and will join a high-performing and award-winning team. The team is working remotely and have access to the office for meetings as. While a specific location is not required, we ask for working hours to align to PST.
You will:
Oversee the relationships with important clients, accountable for: outstanding campaign delivery, meeting / exceeding client's KPI's, and exceptional customer service
Create professional client relationships through consistent engagement, act as a liaison for the client with all agency departments
Proactively solve issues at all levels, using your leadership and negotiation experience, offering solutions for the benefit of the client and agency
Oversee development of media strategies and plans, media campaign execution and creative delivery for clients
Provide regular high-level reporting on client and campaign performance and progress
Create business-building ideas, marketing insight and solutions for clients
You have:
7 years of media experience, with strong Digital/Performance marketing knowledge with a clear emphasis on Mobile; must have strong hands-on experience with mobile app ad platforms and technology tools.
Proactive and an engaged mindset, critical and comfortable voicing a POV both verbally and written
Strong knowledge of Mobile App; tracking, measurement, industry/ecosystem trends, partners, etc.
Strong ability to communicate with senior-level executives both a high profile client and within the Agency
Experience in: translate clients' business, competition, and assess campaigns to develop, applicable plans for primary team members to complete
Excited about working on a dynamic account and within an integrated team
Know how to determine results of campaigns quantitative and qualitatively

The anticipated salary range for this position is 160K-165K. Salary is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
