Local vending company has immediate opening for a Customer Service Manager. The CSM will work under the general direction and supervision of the Manager who outlines policies, procedures, and regulations. Must be able to work independently, always projecting a positive and professional image while maintaining excellent customer service.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Account visitation and client retention
Adhere and be compliant with National Account Standards
Inspect vending, micro-markets, and office coffee for operational condition, appearance, merchandising, and products.
Sales Proposals (PowerPoint)
Job Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft (Office, Outlook, and Excel)
Experience in food and beverage industry.
Possess a valid state driver’s license.
Able to pass appropriate background checks needed for specific areas of responsibility (e.g. Federal, Security Clearance, etc.)
