JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our engineering team works closely with our production operators and production managers to understand areas of opportunity to streamline and improve processes. Our engineering team also works with our corporate machine design team on current machine issues and enhancements. Duties include but not limited to hands-on technical engineering and design support for industrial projects including planning, developing, design/redesign, testing, troubleshooting, install, repair, and start-up.

Abilities
- 3-8 years in a manufacturing technical role preferred
- Seeking Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or other related field preferred- i.e., Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Technology
- Must be able to accomplish tasks with minimal supervision
- Ability to communicate effectively with people
- Punctual and in attendance
- Analytical skills
- Programming of PLCs/HMIs
- Background with Variable Frequency Drives
- Background with Motor Control Systems
- Knowledge of reading electrical schematics
- Any relay logic experience
- CAD background (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.)
- Understanding of C language helpful
- Mechanical background helpful
