SUMMARY
Cardtronics, the world's leader in ATM deployment and operations, is aggressively seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive for Columbus Data Processing Sales. In this role the candidate will be expected to proactively prospect, develop leads and identify sales opportunities within the ISO ATM Processing market. Prospective candidates must be able to articulate the value proposition for key solutions, effectively develop and manage an ongoing pipeline, and work with internal resources to develop high quality proposals and solution recommendations for prospects. Candidate must exhibit excellent presentation and communications skills and have experience identifying and closing opportunities with large, high profile ISO accounts. The Sales Representative serves as the primary contact for Independent ISO sales opportunities.
**This position can be based anywhere in the US, but is preferred to be located in Texas**
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prospect and generate new leads for ISO, Affiliates, and Direct sales
- Develop and execute complex sales strategies
- Executes against the major steps of the sales process: find new business opportunities, qualify new opportunities, and close new business
- Assists with the creation and managing of proposals
- Develop and foster strong relationships with their specific internal and external customers.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty with customers.
- Maintain accurate, comprehensive and updated sales forecasts, opportunities and activities in CRM tool
- Initiate outbound calls to existing ISOs, Affiliates, and Direct customers to sell them new products and services.
- Utilize company sales process to guide customer interactions
- Effectively explain product and promotional details
- Exceed sales goals as established by the VP of business development
- Attend training sessions and department meetings as required
- Stay abreast of all current department and corporate communication
- Communicate relevant feedback (productivity or customer related) to the Supervisor or Manager
- Share experiences with coworkers in order to continuously grow knowledge base of Acct Managers
- Recommend and/or implement process improvements

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 Years business to business sales experience with experience in the FI services, payments and/or ATM industry
- College degree preferred
- Experience in solution selling in complex sales environments
- Demonstrated problem solving and interpersonal communication skills
- Personable, outgoing, helpful, able to initiate conversation and communications in an engaging manner. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proven track record of exceptional lead generation and ability to close sales opportunities
- Experience working in a team sales environment.
- Knowledge of ATM outsourcing, networks and services is a plus but not required
- Intermediate computer skills required (data entry, email, customer relationship management software)
- Must be able to work in a team environment and develop positive relationships with coworkers
- Knowledge of ATM outsourcing, networks and services is a plus but not required
- Knowledge of CRM/Contact Manager software a plus, but not required
- Must be able to successfully pass all applicable background screening tests.
