What are the responsibilities and job description for the Staffing/Care Coordinator position at Care at Home?
We are seeking a caring, compassionate and dependable individual to join our team.
An ideal candidate is an experienced caregiver, who is detail oriented, has excellent phone etiquette, great communication skills, both verbal and written.
Must be good and comfortable with technology, that is... phone, email, laptop and desktop computer, printer, scanner and fax.
Willingness to work directly with clients as needed.
Work remotely and in office as needed.
Must be trustworthy and independent.
Must be available after hours and on weekends as needed.
Possess leadership skills.
Spanish speaking is a plus.
