SUMMARY
A CARE Clinics LLC Data Entry Specialist will work alongside our Billing and Credentialing Specialist and Clinic Administrator to collect, input, and complete our LLC’s data. We utilize QuickBooks to enter and track the data for our multiple companies and D.B.A names (roughly 7). Each day, you will be responsible for making sure each companies records are up to date and resolve any discrepancies that may occur. The building location is an active abortion clinic/transgender services clinic. You will have your own office space that is separate to the practice, but you will need to be comfortable working within the abortion environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties may be assigned.)
· Maintains records of financial transactions by establishing accounts; posting transactions; ensure legal requirements compliance.
· Develops system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts, defining bookkeeping policies and procedures.
· Maintains subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.
· Balances subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries.
· Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary account summaries.
· Balances general ledger by preparing a trial balance, reconciling entries.
· Maintains historical records by filing documents.
· Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
· Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying requirements; enforcing adherence to requirements; filing reports; advising management on needed actions.
· Assist with payroll functions in an accurate and timely manner and submit payroll taxes.
· Creates data backups as part of a contingency plan
· Responds to information requests from various senior staff members
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
At this time, there is no necessary supervisory responsibilities for this position.
QUALIFICATIONS

· Proven bookkeeping experience
· Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
· Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
· Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
· Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
· Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and Quickbooks
· Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
· High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
· Able to multi-task, prioritize, work under pressure and meet deadlines
· Ability to communicate complex data clearly
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
We prefer, but do not require an Associate’s degree or higher in related fields; Business, Accounting, Finance or other. Proven ability is data entry is required and applicants should expect a data entry test prior to hire.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Our data entry specialist will be required to have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. There will be times where our physicians are required to author reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. The ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, various employees, and the public is imperative.
Excellent communication skills are required. Our clinics are very transparent and have open dialogue between all employees. We feel as this is the best way to foster relationship development between employees and create a welcoming environment.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
