Job Title: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - Clinic RN
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - Clinic RN to provide outpatient care to patients in various clinic settings. In this role, you will work closely with physicians and other healthcare providers to deliver quality and personalized nursing care to patients of all ages.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient vital signs and responses to treatment
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention and management
- Assist with procedures and screenings as needed
- Document all patient interactions and care provided
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members
Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid RN license in the state of practice
- BLS certification
- Minimum of 2 years of clinic nursing experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to travel to different clinic locations as needed
