Care Initiatives currently is hiring an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to join our team in interim capacity to assist with assignments throughout Iowa.
Serving as an Interim Administrator, you enjoy the flexibility of working in contract only capacity. You bring to the table a proven background of successes. Areas of successes may include but are not limited to engagement and retention of team members, agency reduction, increased census and diversified case mix, people and business development, survey readiness, ability to successfully manage a budget and reallocate resources as needed, promoting and fostering positive relationships with your internal and external team members, residents and their families, other healthcare providers, and the greater communities in which we serve.
Summary: Successful candidates must have a valid Iowa LNHA in good standing or ability to activate licensure within our state. We are looking for an exceptional leader who will cultivate teamwork, a culture of continuous improvement, compassionately serve others, and promote skill development and personal growth for staff. The Interim Administrator oversees and leads day-to-day operations of your aligning senior living community. This exciting role is responsible for developing effective operational strategy and directing the team to assure residents receive the consistently high-quality care we are committed to delivering. Flexibility to travel throughout Iowa, including overnight stays are required.
