Primary Function
The Human Resources Business Partner serves as a consultant to operations on human resource related issues. The HR Business Partner is an employee champions and strategic change agent. This role is responsible for implementing and enforcing the strategic HR direction at the guidance of the Sr. HR Director in the areas of employee relations, HR operations, process and procedure implementation and management, policy and procedure review and guidance, and operational development. Collaborating with members of the HR team, and front-line management. Regularly interacting with managers to assess and anticipate HR-related needs and issues.
Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or other related field

Labor Relations experience required

3 to 5 years experience in Human Resources, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Certification in at least one major HR discipline such as PHR, SPHR, CEBS, CCP, or CBP preferred.

Must have knowledge of MS office products, Power-point, Word, Excel, and Access.

Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills required.
