Job Summary: The Facility Development Property and Relocation Manager oversees the inventory of property for the CNE system, maintaining detailed records regarding owned and leased properties, timelines and budgets. Responsible for archiving all leases and information regarding landlord and tenant responsibilities and serves as a resource to all units. In conjunction with the design team and the Director will review requests for space and creates a plan for highest and best use. Develops and implements relocation plans, coordinating and supervising all outside vendors and internal organizational participants. Manages assigned construction and renovation projects of existing hospital properties with the Director and/or Project Manager.
Specifications: Bachelors Degree in related field with three to five years experience in facility management, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong background in planning, leading and executing projects. Familiarity with project development processes. Ability to establish, manage and monitor multiple projects and budgets. Must be comfortable in representing hospital with internal customers and external service providers. Must have demonstrated ability to set goals and achieve them, and to lead process improvement teams to achieve goals. Excellent communication skills required.
