Job Description:
Care Plus Medical Services is a premier medical transportation company based out of Lyndhurst, New Jersey. We are currently seeking a Call Taker to join our team and professionally and effectively respond to incoming calls. Candidate must have effective communication skills and the ability to multitask. Responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling medical transports, updating internal dispatch software, data entry, processing payments, filing and additional administrative responsibilities.
This is a full-time position available for immediate hire. For the right candidate, there is ample opportunity for growth.
Essential Functions:
- Professionally respond to non-emergency requests for ambulance and wheelchair van transportation
- Properly screen telephone calls and electronic communications
- Relay essential information to initiate an accurate and timely response to personnel
- Ability to make decisions consistent with policy and guidelines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
