What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Nurse (RN) position at Care Solutions, Inc?
Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients. May advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management. Valid Registered Nurse Licensing and CPR Certification are required.
Essential Function Statement (s): Consult and coordinate with health care team members and physician to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans. Monitor all aspects of patient care, including diet and physical activity. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Education: Associates's or Bachelor's Degree; One or two years related experience; computer skills
