Job Summary:
Trane Technologies is hiring a DSO Replenishment Planner - Guider. The DSO Replenishment Planner - Guider is responsible for managing finished goods equipment levels in the DSO (District Sales Offices) and their timely delivery to the DSO Warehouses to support Sales regional goals. The DSO Replenishment Planner - Guider will collaborate with enterprise strategic SIOP Planning, DSO representatives, logistics, Master Schedulers, finance teams to solve problems, improve processes and key metrics.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Servigistics planning based on historical sales, seasonality, lead time, demand shifts, and marketing forecast. Execute inventory plans to minimize inventory while maximizing customer service levels.
- Utilize Servigistics, Oracle BI Reporting, Microsoft Excel, Alteryx, and Tableau to analyze data to draw meaningful conclusions to support forecast levels and stock plan accuracy.
- Monitor and maintain Trane Technologies metrics and KPIs reporting as needed.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and YE inventory goals (Dollars, Turns, availability and Days on Hand) while also supporting sales goals.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships across departments including but not limited to: Transportation, Customer Service, Dealer Sales Offices, SIOP, Warehousing, Finance, and Production Planners to support sales forecasts, warehouse replenishments and dealer direct orders.
- Manage inventory throughout the phase in/phase out process during New Product Introductions to minimize obsolescence while fully supporting sales demand. Develop and implement processes to minimize excess and obsolete inventory.
- Conduct daily/weekly meetings, including MDI and necessary planner training, with planners and adjacent team members.
- Support of fellow planners in development and career growth, always striving for a positive work environment that is receptive of feedback, emphasizes appreciation and keeps employee morale high.
- Item Maintenance and Purchase Order Maintenance.
- Creation and maintenance of tools, reports, and presentations.
- Must apply Operational Excellence tools 9 Step/A3 Thinking
- Active participant in the SIOP Cycle.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Basic understanding of statistics.
- Ability to communicate with different departments and levels in the organization.
- Ability to deduce and manipulate substantial amounts of data.
- Ability to communicate less than popular decisions while maintaining and enhancing relationships for future interactions.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment while leading peers in optimal completion of daily tasks.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Applications especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge Tableau or Alteryx.
- APICS certification or experience considered a plus.
- Oracle or other ERP experience.
- Servigistics experience preferred.

Salary: $70,750 - $93,750 base salary.
