Looking to grow your career alongside a growing non-profit Health System? We are assisting a large health system within Los Angeles County (commutable from OC beaches) fill a Hemodialysis Manager.
This will report to the Administrative Director and will provide day to day coordination of department activities including the delivery of comprehensive care to patients and families. The Manager for hemodialysis is responsible for 24/7 daily oversight of inpatient dialysis services, meeting all legal and regulatory agency requirements, compliance of clinical quality standards to provide efficient and safe patient care. Coordinates with administration, physicians, and nursing units to assure the provision of high quality, efficient service in a fiscally prudent manner. Provide care, education and support for patients suffering from acute and chronic renal (kidney) failure. Supports the hemodialysis staff as appropriate to ensure continuity of care.

Required:
- Current CA RN license
- Current BLS and ACLS provider card
- BSN degree
- Evidence of continuing education
- Prior experience with hemodialysis
- 2yrs supervisor/management experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,000.00 - $122,686.98 per year
