Role
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand organizational and operational challenges
- Manage technical difficulties, working with developers when necessary
- Facilitating business need identification.
- Work closely with delivery teams from development and testing for end-to-end coordination on change
Implementation and delivery.
- SIT and UAT.
- Developing and executing proposed business and technical solutions
- Creation of artifacts such as Illustration input, output requirements, Test strategy, Validation rules, Unit
Test cases, etc.
- Assist Technology Solutions teams in documenting scope, defining gaps, and updating implementation
Estimates
- Identifying, developing, and executing continuous improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Finance
- At least 5 years of work experience as a Business Analyst.
- Understanding of technology system interfaces and data integration, networks, and operating systems
- Ability to accurately document Functional designs to help the development process
- English B2 or above
Required
- Knowledge of business analysis best practices (such as BABOK) and ability to effectively apply them
- Knowledge of STLC (testing life cycle) and SDLC (software development life cycle).
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools

Salary : $110,000 - $120,000
