Overview:
Due to growth, AUM Physical Therapy & Yoga Center is now hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for an Outpatient Orthopedics focused position in Bakersfield, CA. This is a Staff Level role. New grads will be mentored and supported.
The well established team at AUM Physical Therapy & Yoga Center is passionate and friendly. This privately owned practice has a strong team-based culture with an emphasis on mentorship and training to facilitate personal and professional growth.
The Physical Therapist will treat patients in an outpatient orthopedic clinic setting. Our ideal candidate is interested in a career that emphasizes the highest quality patient care and excellence as a clinician.
Hours / Work Schedule:
This is a full-time salaried position. The clinic hours are Monday through Friday from 8:15 am - 5:30 pm. The clinic is closed 12 pm - 1 pm for lunch. No weekends or holidays.
Caseload/Patient Population:
The patient population consists of all age ranges (10 - 80), mainly adults, and a variety of outpatient diagnoses, primarily orthopedics. Sample caseload includes: Neck/Back pain, Post-operative Knee, Shoulder, TMJ, Headaches – any head-to-toe pain.
Compensation:
For full-time, the salary starts at $85,000 per year, with benefits and bonus potential.

Job Requirements:
Eligible for California state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
Full-time availability is required.
