Overview:
Due to growth, we are looking to hire a full-time or part-time Physical Therapist for an outpatient position in Hillsboro, Oregon. This is a Staff Level role. New grads will be mentored and supported.
The Physical Therapist will see exclusively work-related injuries within this outpatient setting. The focus is on acute orthopedic injuries with motivated patients. There will some preventative caseload as well as some work within ergonomics. There will also be some pre-employment assessments. The PT hired will work with respect, independence, and autonomy.
Hours / Work Schedule:
This is a full-time or part-time position with a flexible schedule based on the preferences of the candidate hired and patient needs. No nights. No weekends. No on-call requirement. The PT hired will have some autonomy to determine the work schedule. This is a Monday-Friday position to work during the day. Working three days a week is possible. The minimum number of hours per week that is required is 24. PTs looking for full-time will also be considered.
Caseload:
PTs on the team see an average of 9 patients per day with a maximum of 12 patients per day.
No aides / No PTAs. All one-one-one. Direct patient care.
Compensation:
The hourly rate starts at $35 and quickly goes up from there based on experience.
Job Requirements:
Eligible for Oregon state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
