Senovo IT is looking for an SAP Success Factors Team Lead to start at the beginning of August 2024 a project whose scope is a full set of HR processes in 70 countries; the estimated project end is August 2026. The position is remote and on-site, travelling to Switzerland, Spain, Italy, the UK, and the USA is requested during the following phases: analysis, UAT, and hypercare.
The SAP Success Factors Team Leader will lead his/her functional stream and coordinate offshore-based resources; hence, experience working with the Global Delivery team is highly desirable.

- Certification in one of the following modules: SAP SuccessFactors Talent (Performance & Succession Planning) or SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding or SAP SuccessFactors Compensation management
- Previous experience as a Team Leader
- Availability to travel to Switzerland, Spain, Italy, the UK, and the USA during the analysis, UAT, and hypercare phases
- Excellent English communication (both written and spoken)
