Compensation: Set at $60k annually
$300 Sign-on Bonus After Completion of the 90-day Probationary Period
The Full Cycle Recruiter is responsible for coordinating, interviewing, testing and referring applicants for all positions throughout the company. The Full Cycle Recruiter will be responsible for overseeing all temporary staffing needs and operations of the company. They will coordinate with Staffing Agencies to fill temporary vacancies in a timely manner. This individual will also support candidates screening and hiring process during conversion.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, smartphones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or listen. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus. Travel
Local or domestic travel to attend job fairs and recruitment events may be required, as well as meetings with appropriate staffing agencies. Also, traveling in between Bensenville and Elk Grove location is a requirement.
Required Education And Experience
High school diploma or GED with prior recruiting experience; and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Education And Experience
Associate’s degree. SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) Experience with applicant tracking system.
Experience with ADP ATS is a plus.
Work Authorization
Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

- Provides information on Company operations and job opportunities to potential applicants.
- Posts job openings, gathers information on new applicants, and informs candidates of their application status.
- Prescreens applicants’ resumes to determine the most qualified and promising candidates according to minimum and preferred qualifications.
- Refers qualified applicants to the appropriate Department Manager for interviewing.
- Conducts reference and background checks.
- Purges the database when required; sends rejection letters to unqualified/not-selected applicants or candidates.
- Develops and maintains an excellent relationship with internal staffing agency employees, as well as with our outside Staffing Agency personnel to ensure achievement of staffing goals.
- Communicates important employment information during delivery of employment offers (e.g., benefits, compensation, non-compete agreements).
- Extends written contingent job offers.
- Confirms with and notifies department managers and new hires of employee’s starting date. Also coordinating all new hires with Human Resources.
- Provides a daily list of new hires, as well as all staffing agency additions.
- Oversees all temporary staffing needs and operations of the company.
- Liaises with staffing agencies to fill temporary vacancies in a timely manner.
- Collaborates with warehouse departments supervisors to assign temporary workers to specific shifts and positions.
- Ensures compliance with all established Company policies and any other Federal, State and local staffing or employment laws and regulations.
- Prepares and distributes reports on staffing activities to Management and Recruiting Team.
- Acts as a liaison between staffing personnel and HR.
- Check, review and approve timecards and staffing company invoices.
