Position Summary
To support the implementation and administration of our company’s CoreQ surveys, Carefeed seeks a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual for the position of CoreQ Survey Coordinator. CoreQ is a set of five measures for skilled nursing and assisted living communities to assess satisfaction among patients, residents, and their families. The measures capture short-stay and long-stay resident and family data for skilled nursing facilities, and resident and family data for assisted living centers. Based on a core set of customer satisfaction questions, CoreQ surveys allow consistent measurement across long-term and post-acute care settings. As CoreQ Survey Coordinator, the person selected for this position will be responsible for the effective administration of Carefeed’s CoreQ program for our company’s skilled nursing and assisted living community clients. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of CoreQ surveys, collection of data, and generation of actionable insights to drive continuous improvement in care quality.
Key Responsibilities
· Survey Administration: Coordinate the distribution, collection, and processing of CoreQ surveys in accordance with established protocols and timelines.
· Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with skilled nursing and assisted living communities, and other clients to understand their unique needs and ensure satisfaction with CoreQ services.
· Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients on survey administration procedures, data interpretation, and utilization of CoreQ insights to enhance patient/resident experience and care outcomes.
· Data Management: Oversee the accurate and timely entry of survey responses into Carefeed’s systems, ensuring data integrity, and confidentiality at all times.
· Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks on survey data to identify any discrepancies or anomalies and take corrective actions, as necessary.
· Reporting and Analysis: Generate comprehensive reports and analysis of CoreQ survey results, highlighting key trends, areas for improvement, and best practices to inform decision-making at client organizations.
· Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with internal teams to refine CoreQ survey instruments, methodologies, and processes based on client feedback and industry best practices.
· Self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative high-growth environment.
· Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field.
· Previous experience in survey administration, customer service, or healthcare quality improvement initiatives.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with survey software platforms.
· Knowledge of long-term care and post-acute care settings preferred.
· Work Authorization: Eligibility to work in the U.S. is required.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in the health care industry.
· Experience with SaaS solutions.
