Description

Care Finders Total Care, a Modivcare Personal Care Service, is looking for a Receptionist to operate a multi-line phone system, answer and route all incoming calls and support the branch. You will greet and welcome all visitors and guests to the brand and answer general support questions. You will report to the local Branch Manager.

  • Support the Branch application process
  • Distribute the mail and drop off the mail at the local Post Office
  • Collect and submit employee timesheets

We are excited to speak to someone with the following...

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
  • 6 months of receptionist experience
  • Can type 30 WPM
  • Bilingual in English & Spanish required
