Resp & Qualifications
PURPOSE:
Recieve, sort, process and distributes mail. Scan and index douments. Valiate data entry.
*This position requires in-person training.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Ships and receives office supplies and materials.
Weighs and prepares shipments.
Operates postage meter.
Picks-up packages inside and outside the office.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education Level: High School Diploma or GED.
Experience: 1 year clerical experience or mail handling.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs)
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to recognize, analyze, and solve a variety of problems.
- Basic computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Must be able to meet established deadlines and handle multiple customer service demands from internal and external customers, within set expectations for service excellence. Must be able to effectively communicate and provide positive customer service to every internal and external customer, including customers who may be demanding or otherwise challenging.
