About the Role
CareLinx and several large health plans are partnering to provide thousands of members with in-home care benefits starting in 2022! As a caregiver, you will be assisting members with their daily activities and needs and providing support to them in their homes and communities. This work is pivotal and provides important insights to help improve the overall health of these members.

Caregiver Responsibilities:
- Friendly companionship and assistance with activities of daily living including: cooking and meal preparation, errands, walking/exercise, medication reminders, and light housekeeping tasks
- Thorough documentation of care plan tasks and activities completed in the home
- Being general support to members in their homes and communities
Requirements:
- Completion of program specific training/vetting
- DT and TB Test
- Able to start ASAP
- Previous companionship and personal care experience
- Passionate about senior/elderly care with a genuine desire to help others
- Reliable and professional
- Priority will be given to those caregivers that can provide transportation
- COVID 19 Vaccination
