Sales Business Development Representative - Healthcare Staffing - Onsite (MUST LIVE IN PHOENIX, AZ AREA)

Position Overview: CareNational is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a understanding the staffing industry. As a Sales Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the medical and healthcare sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients within the medical and healthcare industry, including hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, and other healthcare organizations.
  • Proactively prospect and engage with potential clients within the medical and healthcare industry through a combination of phone calls, emails, and video meetings.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing solutions that align with their goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of staffing solutions and exceptional customer service.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, including pipeline activity, revenue forecasts, and client engagement.
  • Schedule and facilitate virtual or in-person meetings with prospective clients to understand their staffing challenges, present CareNational's solutions, and demonstrate the value proposition.
  • Follow up with leads and inquiries promptly, nurturing relationships through regular communication and providing relevant information and resources.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, including notes from meetings, follow-up actions, and next steps, in CRM software.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the medical and healthcare staffing industry.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including knowledge of healthcare staffing trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and internal teams.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving goals.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Must be able to commute into the office in Scottsdale, AZ
