Responsibilities:

- Coordinate case management services for patients requiring ongoing care
- Assist in providing home care services to patients in need

Experience:
- Prior experience working in a medical office or clinic setting
- Familiarity with Level I and II Trauma Centers operations
- Proficiency in documentation review and HIPAA compliance
