What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Automation Manager position at CareRev?
We are growing and so is our Marketing team! We are looking for a Marketing Automation Manager to support our Marketing department and other technical or internal teams as needed. You will be the subject matter expert for all marketing CRM tools, workflows and processes and will also have a direct impact on company growth. You are driven by a fast moving startup environment and very adaptable to change. You are a trusted advisor for the marketing team, a skilled Marketing Automation professional, focused on setting us up for growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as subject matter expert and point person for all Marketing CRM tools, workflows, and best practices
- Set data hygiene standards for importing, exporting, updating, and cleansing data, monitoring data hygiene in and out of the marketing automation platform
- Design and implement automation strategies for lead management and list/audience segmentation for both Professional and Facility Marketing
- Collaborate with GTM Operations/Enablement to create lead flow and scoring architecture
- Analyze marketing and sales data for activity efficacy and improvement in leads
- Guide the Marketing team on how to scale systems and processes effectively
- Perform segmentation and analysis of prospect and customer groups for email marketing
- Craft organized documentation and outlines for automation and operations procedures
- Work with Marketing Analytics Manager to create and maintain metrics dashboards and deliver ROI reports to marketing leadership
- Develop KPIs for marketing performance monitoring and provide recommendations that enhance future campaign performance and measurements
- Write and uphold Marketing SOPs
- Support Professional and Facility campaigns by creating and connecting landing pages, forms, workflows, lists, email, etc.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, or related field
- Experience with Salesforce and HubSpot is a plus
- Humble, creative problem solver
- Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to take initiative and work both independently and collaboratively
- Knowledge of marketing technologies and best practices
- Knowledge of global email compliance regulations
