Responsibilities include :
Responsible for providing assistance and support to individuals with IDD / special needs while implementing and following an individualized service plan
Flexible schedule available if needed
Assisting with transportation and community integration activities : You will be responsible for accompanying individuals to recreational activities and community events, ensuring their safety and promoting their independence
Assisting with behavioral management and crisis intervention : You will be trained to effectively manage challenging behaviors and provide crisis intervention when necessary, ensuring the safety and well-being of individuals
Requirements : Male preferred
Male preferred
Must have a valid driver's license and car
Positive, optimistic attitude
Experience working with IDD patients a plus
