Job Description
Role and Responsibilities
Maintains organization of staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program:
Counseling administration on candidate selection, conducting and analyzing existing interviews.
Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employee’s supervisors.
Facilitate communication between management/ administration and employees.
Assist management with corrective action, conflict resolution, and accidents.
Actively track and monitor employee’s schedules and availability time.
Troubleshoot and solve scheduling conflicts.
Ability to maintain the schedule for our active clients.
Fill open schedules two weeks in advance.

Qualifications And Education Requirements
High school graduation or GED required.
You shall have five years of full-time experience in HR management and three years of payroll experience as a Scheduler in a private in-home care or an institutional setting, such as a hospital or nursing home.
Demonstrated ability to read, write, and carry out directions.
Evidence of maturity and ability to deal effectively with job demands.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
Strong organizational and critical thinking skills.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent negotiator and problem solver.
Participates in professional meetings when directed.
A criminal history check should be conducted before being offered work with this agency.
Ability to work closely supervised to ensure competence in the HR department.
Physical Demands
Must be able to read & write English.
Must be able to handle stressful situations due to our work caseload.
Must adhere to assigned and agreed-upon work schedule.
Must maintain a professional appearance and good personal hygiene.
Must be able to be on-call after hours (hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday) and work on the weekends as needed.
