Principle Accountabilities
- Perform training teachings and side-by-side’s
- Evaluate new hire performance and daily check-in’s
- Communicate Safety Directives
- Perform efficiency reviews of operating procedures
- Record and Communicate gaps in processes and procedures
- Implement safety strategies
- Facilitate Training Courses in group settings
Required Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have a high school diploma or GED and / or 2 years manufacturing or other high paced broader range of skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Must have computer skills using Microsoft Office package
- Ability to stand / walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to work in a cold environment
- Must have 12-month experience in manufacturing or other high paced environments
- Must have flexibility in schedule regarding start and end times. Split shift when needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in manufacturing EHS department
- Bilingual preferred
