The Trade Compliance Consultant will develop complex process strategy and standards for global trade compliance processes. In this role, you will support and train on the development of process frameworks and handle investment prioritization in process, data and technology and end to end processes across the organization. You will implement best practices and handle operational efficiency and training across the function while ensuring that risk mitigation strategies are in place. Key Accountabilities
Develop and implement standards for the domain processes within cross functions, assess end to end performance and identify adjustments. Partner with key stakeholders and teams across the domains to collaborate, train, and support cross functional process, data and technology requirement strategies and projects. Provide governance in the development and implementation of tools to ensure alignment with end-to-end process standards. Act as subject matter authority for complex domain process, data and technology and apply best practices in technology, service offerings and sourcing to support future growth. Monitor key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of process improvements and track progress. Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience Confirmed knowledge of supply chain, customs, and import-export regulations. Minimum of four years of related work experience Fluency in English (write, read, speak)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Strong understanding of trade compliance and cross border trade regulations Experience creating and implementing successful training programs. Confirmed experience with process improvement and process deployment. Ability to communicate with all levels of a global organization. #LI-ER1 #LI-Remote
