Job Purpose and Impact
The User Experience Designer will create innovative solutions for a wide variety of product design challenges in order to ensure a great user experience. In this role, you will support user experience requirements, create prototypes, design user experiences and collaboratively work within teams to deliver functioning solutions. Key Accountabilities
Collaborate with customers, users, product owners, development teams and stakeholders to understand and evaluate project requirements.
Support and coach the product owner in evaluating, analyzing and scoping project solutions from the customer or user perspective.
Create innovative solutions for a wide variety of design challenges including mobile, desktop, hardware interfaces, physical environments and person to person interactions.
Develop prototypes to effectively communicate interactions and design ideas around customer needs.
Present design deliverables to the development team, stakeholders, users or peers in informal and formal settings.
Make recommendations to product owners, development teams and other designers based upon user feedback cycles.
Create and present concepts to inform product roadmap or new product opportunities.
Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of four years of related work experience
Other minimum qualifications may apply
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications in user research
Proficiency with reporting, data visualization, extract, transform and load and database management applications
Minimum of five years of proven work experience as user experience designer
Experience working in the agricultural technology field Position Information
