As we continue to grow, Caring for Kids, Inc. (foster care and adoption agency) is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated individual for a full-time Customer Service / Administrative Assistant.
This position requires applicant to be friendly, detail oriented, computer savvy, and enthusiastic with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Job Type : Full Time (40 hours / week)
Primary Duties and Responsibilities :
- General Clerical : photocopying, faxing, mailing, filing
- First person to answer phones
- Greet and welcome all clients entering the office
- Answer, enter and track all client Inquiries
- Correspondence and reporting
- Maintain agency electronic database
- Maintain confidentiality and HIPPA regulations
- Assist and support staff
Qualifications :
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Working knowledge of various computer programs
- Previous office / clerical experience preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
