Position Summary:
Carries out projects in relation to a major activity, such as integrations, software implementations, or the ongoing improvement of effectiveness and efficiency of the organization. Provides business subject matter perspective in reviewing technology options and recommending implementation approaches that best meet the needs of the customer. Analyzes and measures the effectiveness of existing business processes and develops sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Related Field
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Two yearsG�� professional experience which includes diagnosing problems and finding solutions, developing new capabilities and improving on results, handling multiple projects, with diverse tasks and priorities and interacting with multiple levels and functions within an organization.Experience with WorkDay, or related ERP system
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Proficient in MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word and Powerpoint
Essential Functions:
- Analyze complex business and application problems and design/define solutions.
- Support and advise HR Centers of Excellence to guarantee that HR technology capabilities are fully utilized.
- Act as liaison between system users, application providers and development teams.
- Works with HR Centers of Excellence to develop standard operating procedures, documenting workflow and process steps.
- Identify key organizational change management and training needs that will be required due to process redesign or implementation.
- Identify and gather input from key stakeholders, document the change plan, and track continued progress.
- Conduct impact analysis and assess change readiness while working to minimize risk to the organization.
