Leasing Agent/Assistant Manager

Carleton Companies is growing, and we are currently hiring for a Dynamic Tax-Credit Leasing Agent/ Asst Manager for a property in McKinney, TX. We are seeking a Assistant Manager that will complement our culture in “caring for people”. This person should be customer and team oriented with great energy!

• 2 years of related property management in the multifamily industry.
• Tax Credit experience is MUST
• RAD experience preferred
• A minimum of an associate’s degree is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of RealPage/Onesite.
• Analytically minded with the capability to use intuition and experience to complement data.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely and organized manner.
• Must be able to tour the community with potential residents, which includes walking, standing, sitting and climbing stairs. Must occasionally be able to lift up to 10 lbs.
• Ability to drive when needed. A valid driver’s license and proof of liability insurance is required.
• Extensive outreach marketing experience/background.
• You will keep a close eye on local market trends and develop and implement a monthly marketing plan
