Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Coaching Consultant to join our team. As a Regional Coaching Consultant, you will be responsible for business development, account management, and sales in your assigned market. is preferred for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic business plan to drive sales and meet revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with potential clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful implementation of coaching programs
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM system to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate reports
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify market opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven track record of success in outside sales or account management roles
- Fluent in Spanish (preferred)
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand client needs
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel within the assigned market as needed
