District Manager
Job Description:
- Operate stores within the company expected wage %
- Help identify industry best practices to help raise the bar around productivity/efficiencies
- Be able to control/impact shrink
- Keep the organization up to date on market changes by location that would have a positive/negative impact on Carlie C’s
- Responsible for achieving gross profits
- Ensuring Carlie C’s customer service levels are implemented
- Implement and monitor the implementation of our mission statement
- Oversee total operations of assigned store
- Recruit top talent for salary managers and department heads
- Responsible for sales growth
- Maintain standards and conditions
- Lead and develop overall store merchandising plans
- Responsible for developing and maintain a team culture
- Be able to teach, coach and train to get the desired outcomes
- Support all product directors around merchandising
- Develop and maintain a strong bench for future promotions within assigned stores
- Maintain and support our CAO program
- Responsible for growing E-Commerce sales in assigned stores
- Ensure standards around cleanliness/sanitation are maintained
- Support our Mission Statement: We will Love, Bless and serve our communities
Job Requirements:
- 10 years' experience in retail store management
- 4 years' experience managing multiple store locations
- Proven ability to create policies that generate profits in multiple retail sales locations
- Strong interpersonal communication and negotiations skills
- Ability to create and implement strong training programs
- Must be friendly, outgoing, neat and clean in appearance
- Must enjoy working with the public
- Must be able to respond professionally under pressure to both employees and customers
- Must be willing to work days, evenings, most weekends and holidays
