The Director of Marketing plays a pivotal role in developing and executing effective marketing strategies aligned with our organizational goals. You will be the driving force behind our branding, campaigns, and messaging efforts, ensuring consistent and impactful communication that is customized across various channels, geographies and population segments.

The Director of Marketing is responsible for building strong brand awareness in support of the Mission Statement that underscores our brand positioning, creating content that is also deeply rooted in client relevancy and differentiation. Success will lead to strong trade client relationships, excellent repeat account revenue and strong overall revenue growth.

This leadership role will also be responsible for creating targeted lead generation and client relationship programs, Other key responsibilities focus on developing and managing an annual marketing budget, tracking metrics, and orchestrating effective new business/prospecting efforts. The position can be predominantly remote although periodic attendance at the headquarters/production facility in NH is required.

Task may include:

· Brand Strategy. Partner with Leadership to drive the organizations brand strategy, including assistance with redefining and reimagining the organizations current brand strategy to ensure that it is properly aligned with the organizations strategic plan.

· Marketing Plan. Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase overall national brand awareness, guided by share of voice versus lead generation metrics.

· Lead Generation. Research, develop, implement, and track lead generation programs including but not limited to PPC, SEO, Social and Internal Marketing programs.

· Conversion Generation. Using existing database of trade customers develop specific, locally relevant, outreach programs to drive additional trade conversions.

· Repeat Trade Demand Generation. Develop, manage, and lead an account based marketing strategy as well develop and oversee trade client loyalty programs

· Commercial Demand Generation. Be an active participant in developing new methods for engaging with prospective corporate brand clients. Develop client facing assets reflective of the unique need of the Commercial channel relative to the Residential channel.

· Content Development and Quality Assurance. Ensures that all customer facing assets including, but not limited to, sampling, proposals, order packets and showroom presentations portray our brand, producing best-in-class, and competitive marketing material.

· Market Analysis. Execute competitive reviews to identify greater opportunities for brand/product differentiation, as well as, identify new potential trends in the market

· Budgets. Work with the Leadership Team to develop an annual marketing budget for overall corporate office, as well as, with Regional Sales Directors on budgets by showroom location.

· Goals and Metrics. Create clearly defined metrics for the overall marketing strategy as well as for all individual campaigns. Provide Leadership Team with a dashboard of all Goals and Metrics on a bi-weekly basis.

· External Agencies. Build and manage a network of reliable external agencies and marketing professionals to supply marketing services

· Liaison. Work with various areas of the organization to ensure that the objectives and efforts of the marketing department are aligned with the organizational goals and capabilities.

· Mentorship. Oversee, mentor, and guide marketing support staff and act as an effective advocate for team members, being invested in the growth and development of the team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $160,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
