A company that manufactures plumbing parts in Irving, Texas is currently hiring an experienced Technical Support Representative to join their team! In this role, the Technical Support Representative will be responsible for helping customers resolve plumbing issues with the parts, provide training to the customer support representatives, and track and identify trends with the products.
Location: Irving, TX
Salary: $18/Hour
Schedule: Hybrid: 2 days working from home; 3 days working from the office

The perfect Technical Support Representative for our client will have:
- An understanding of plumbing products and hands-on experience is preferred
- Experience with facility maintenance is preferred.
- Will be able to explain and trouble-shoot with customers to determine the cause of the problem.
- Will be able to communicate clearly and concisely with customers.
- Will have experience in DIY home maintenance.
