What you'll do as a Carolina Brewery Restaurant General Manager
- Oversight and execution of daily operations - Leading each shift with open eyes and ears
- Drive the success of all programs and systems; MIT, Certified Trainers, Hourly hiring and training, Injury reporting
- Oversight of all restaurant operations systems; order guides, quality control, food safety and sanitation, budget adherence, etc.
- Handle all Guest and Team Members complaints, comments, concerns swiftly and consistently
- Maintain a safe working environment and reporting guests and Team Member accidents in a timely manner
- Oversight of staffing needs; proactively hire for Managers and hourly staff
- Ensure all financials are on track, recorded accurately, and on time
- Process payroll correctly and on time
- Work with various administrative programs
What we're looking for in a Carolina Brewery Restaurant General Manager
- Minimum of 3-5 year management experience in an upscale casual dining restaurant
- A degree in Hospitality Management, or similar, is preferred
- You are good with numbers
- You can coach and develop Team Members
- Strong passion for hospitality and service
- Knowledge of food and beverage preparation
- Working knowledge of local and national health codes
- Excellent communication
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
